PERSONAL EXPERIENCE As I research about dinodirect review before I purchased from this site I have seen many complaints with regards to their product and shipping delivery though it is a good thing that they have a low price plus a free shipping services. I’ve tried ordering just 1 item to test if those reviews were true. I order a 500mA 18650 Li-ion Battery Double Rechargeable Charger worth US$13.39 after seven days of waiting the product finally arrive at home when I open the package I saw the item and giveaway item. I don’t have expectation with the product but the charger I order looks fine. I guess because of those negative reviews about their product and delivery services, they enhance their product quality and delivery services but I don’t what will happen if I have bulk orders but anyway I have a good experience so far with the services they gave me. RECOMMENDATION If you are looking for a low price items with free shipping this site is for you. They offer a variety of electronic gadgets just be careful in choosing the right product and like what I say in my other recommendation doesn’t expect that the product you order is in high quality. We need to take into consideration that this is a Drop Shipping Wholesaler website and these are not like other business that offer high quality products. But this site is good if you are planning to open up a gadget store where you can order by bulks with free shipping it will cost you less. Paying via PAYPAL is one of the easiest methods as it is a One time Payment procedure. If you want to dispute your billing issue, you should've fax your billing statement from your bank since Paypal is the payment method. And you should've read the one con of this website, that it really takes time for them to deliver the goods. Dino direct SUCKS!!!!!!! Horrible service. When I first came upon the website I was really interested but as said before they are crooks! They advertise crappy merchandise that are on sale at a ridiculously low price.Great deal, right? Hell no! They will take payment for the products even if it is out of stock. Then you will wait months on end. Takes forever 20-30 days for you to get one item at a time. When you complain about items being out of stock they offer gift cards and reward points. This site sucks and is trying to take your money. They will take your money! Don't even sign up to be an idinor either. Rip off! I used the site for 2 purchased and the first time it was out of stock, very understandable except they didn't tell me until I emailed them after a month waiting for the product. 2nd time around sure enough items were out of stock again! Also took forever just to get a refund. Before purchase you get to chat with them but after purchasing the item you can't chat with them anymore. Don't make my mistake Pavuk 03/31/2011 11:47

"Do not deal with this company! They will rip you off! I purchased an Android Tablet on May 23 had it for a week and then it would not turn off (using the button or on screen) and would get very hot. Went through their RMA process and returned it and it is now July 16 and they still have not refunded my money. They ignored numerous e-mails and then posted messages for me to take it to someone locally to have looked it. They'd already had it for 2 weeks. Then told me they'd give me credit for less amount. Now they say they will only refund a portion of my cost. They will not refund any of the shipping which leaves me out for $60 (shipping they paid in original shipment to me and my shipping cost to return to them). They are not reputable and are unrelieable. I would pay twice the price to buy elsewhere. " karen 07/21/2011 09:48
